Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with LC Ayurveda. We strive to provide high-quality Ayurvedic and herbal wellness products. Please read this Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1 – ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or delivered, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
2 – RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.
However, return or replacement requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
• The product received is damaged during transit
• The product received is defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is missing from the order package
To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must notify LC Ayurveda within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos showing the issue.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
3 – RETURN CONDITIONS
If a return request is approved:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging
• All labels, seals, and accessories must be intact
• The product must be returned within 5 days of approval
LC Ayurveda reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these requirements.
4 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products returned without prior approval
• Products purchased during special promotional or clearance sales unless damaged or defective
5 – REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved:
• The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
• Refund processing may take approximately 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution
• Any delays caused by banks, card networks, UPI providers, or payment gateways are beyond our control
6 – REPLACEMENT POLICY
In eligible cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, LC Ayurveda may offer a replacement instead of a refund where appropriate.
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
7 – SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
• The wrong product was shipped by LC Ayurveda
• The product was received damaged or defective
Any approved return shipping reimbursement will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
8 – REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without a valid reason, LC Ayurveda reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping, return shipping, and handling charges from any eligible refund.
9 – FRAUD PREVENTION
LC Ayurveda reserves the right to refuse returns, replacements, refunds, or cancellations in cases of suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of this policy.
10 – POLICY CHANGES
LC Ayurveda reserves the right to modify or update this Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
